Meet Susan

I am passionate about coaching. I have been coaching for 18 years, founded Success Technologies, Inc. a coaching company, 16 years ago, and have the Master Certified Coach designation. As part of the team that founded Coach U, I helped create what is now considered one of the premier coach training programs in the world, sat on the Advisory Board for three years, and continue to be a senior trainer, training the trainers.

As part of the team that launched the International Coach Federation, the only organization that credentials professional coaches, I was a board member for 3 years, and Program Chair for the annual 2002 conference.

Most of my coaching is conducted by phone and clients call me from around the world at regularly scheduled times. Clients speak with me for either 30 or 60 minutes, 2-3 times per month.

For companies and Fortune 1000 companies, I provide coaching services for managers and executives, conduct group calls, teleclass training and workshops and seminars.
