Leadership Training

Leaders in organizations often wish to become more effective communicators and develop their people, not just manage them. Leadership training allows them to:

  • Expand their leadership skills and draw on different leadership styles as the occasion calls for.
  • Build high- performance teams based on collaboration, cooperation and trust to become more productive.

We use a number of tools to support leadership training including:

A special training seminar in June 2006 that addresses Coaching Skills for Managers.

The Print Survey and Emotional Intelligent Assessment and Profile.

The Six Leadership Styles of Emotional Intelligence Competencies support understanding and development of leadership style. They are:

  • Coersive
  • Authoritative
  • Affiliative
  • Democratice
  • Pacesetting
  • Coaching

Knowing when and how to use the different styles can make a big difference in the performance of the team.
