The Inner Game of Business

To know what is possible tomorrow, you must be willing to step outside of what is possible today.

The future will challenge companies to surpass both current and predictable levels of performance and productivity. To meet this challenge will require new possibilities for leadership development and organizational effectiveness. The Inner Games of Business is an innovative one or two-day program for personal mastery, team learning, and cultural transformation.

Participants explore and challenge their fundamental assumptions and practices that shape their actions and create business results. The Inner Games of Business provides participants with a technology for reinvention and redesign of their organization, including leadership, team building, and corporate culture, by challenging their current way of thinking.

“Transformational leadership” is a methodology for managing “conversations for action”. Distinctions in language give people access to new ways of thinking and being. Participants in The Inner Games of Business have an opportunity to practice the technology and produce outcomes that were not possible prior to this program. Playing this new game creates an environment of unlimited possibility.

The Inner Games of Business is focused on individual and team experiences, including:

• Understanding the source of their results- creating breakthrough projects
• The critical connection between results and relationships
• Alignment between personal visions and shared visions
• Individual and collective leadership
• The ability to choose different perspectives and paradigms
• Being more effective in communication, particularly in how they “listen”
• The possibility of having a balanced life

The Inner Games of Business is delivered in one or two days, includes two facilitators, and three monthly follow-up telephone conferences with the whole team for one hour. This program is appropriate for between 10-30 participants.
